Construction of the $50 million Stage Two Town Centre development is now open. This new precinct features features over 40 specialty retail stores, a new concept Harris Scarfe department store, Best n Less, Rebel Sport and Terry White pharmacy. The Stage Two development includes more on-street retail, alfresco dining options, an additional 250 car spaces (plus more undercover car parking complete with Clearwater Car Wash facility) and a Food Court with over 400 seats.

The new Stage Two precinct mirrors the contemporary, light filled spaces created in the current centre structure. Furthermore Stage Two includes a purpose built Town Square with outdoor seating and public entertainment space. Headlining the new Point Cook Town Centre food court is the unique Theobroma Chocolate Lounge & well known Nando’s family restaurant. National retailers, Muffin Break & Fancy Fillings also feature in the new Food Court, offering a complete range of delicious lunchtime fare. Fancy. The new Food Court abounds with international flavors galore and include the likes of tasty Turkish kebabs, Burger Bar, Tacos Panchos Mexican cuisine, Sanyang Asian noodles, Kagetsu Japanese Sushi, a traditional Fish n Chippery called Off The Hook, Gelatavita ice-cream bar, and Mediterranean cuisine at Turbo Cafe.
